@John Farady

Thank you so much.

Hello everyone, newbie real estate investor here... this question may sound dumb but I need to know... if the housing market crashes how difficult do you think it would be to get out a mortgage? I've got 750 credit score and I would be able to put down a decent chunk of money for a mortgage anywhere around 20G to 30G (depending obviously.) Any input is greatly appreciated :)

Hi, My name is Albert Garcia and I am new to Real Estate investing. I plan on mortgaging my first home in a couple months from now and with that I wanted to see if any of you guys could help out a noobie like me...Anything helps!

(About Me)

I am 20 years old. I reside in Saginaw, MI with my parents and I plan on renting out my first home here in Saginaw as well :). I plan on mortgaging about $20,000 to $30,000 on a house (not a lot I know... but it's what I can currently work with). I am doing research constantly on home buying and renting out homes.

I appreciate any information given to me such as wisdom, book referrals, tips, tricks, what not to do, what to look for, ETC. Thank you all !!!
