thanks for the warm welcomes.

thinking of rent and holds. however with the areas of Nj that we like (bedminster, basking ridge), i can only find cash flow neutral/slightly positive rentals.  thinking longer term and maybe buying 1 property a year in the 300k range.  was thinking of also looking in jersey city as well.

Hi all,

New investor from central NJ (warren township area).  Have had a rental for a few years.  However, I'm looking to take invest more seriously in real estate and am currently taking in knowledge and thinking about next steps.  This forum and the podcasts have been a great resource.
