If you have a spare room you could rent it out for some cash flow to put towards your next investment. Congratulations for wanting to pursue this course.
@Daniel Beaulieu congratulations on your first deal. I can't wait to do mine. Try not to look at your mistakes in a negative way. instead look at them as life lessons. I wish that you continue to have even more success in your future deals.

@Kenneth Farrell welcome to bigger pockets. one way to help withe your budget is to keep a receipt from every transaction. This will help you determine where exactly all of your money is going. Even a grocery receipt will help. If you see you are purchasing a lot of junk food, you could then start cutting some if not all of it out. Just relying solely on bank statements isn't as effective as a receipt because a bank statement just tells you how much you spent at a location. A receipt tells you the entire breakdown of the transaction. There is this budget app from mint that is free and I feel that it has helped me out tremendously. I hope this information I gave will help.

@Chris Martin I do not have a business yet. I am currently in the preparation stage(getting my personal finances in order). I am just trying to think of creative financing ways for when I get there. My goal is to start investing in 12 months. in the meantime I will be educating myself and network with everyone I can.
I actually found an article for an answer 6my question https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/76886
If banks report to the credit bureaus. Does that mean your llc has its own credit score/report?

Just wondering if anyone has used a SBA loan to finance any deals. Not sure if anyone has thought this is a possible way of doing so.
