Yea i been working for them for 2 years now and before that I ran my own contracting company for a year and a half managing a 452 unit property. I had a 3 man crew including myself we did Everything renovation, grounds, snow removal, managed inventory everything I took the job I have now because of tax purposes and more money. I been saving and educating my self for 2 years now on real estate investing. I got money saved up and I’m ready to invest I found a few people willing to master lease should I go with these deals?! 51k left on mortgage 5k down, 575m, about 2k in repairs, 17 yrs left on mortgage tenant occupied paying 900 a month , good deal? bad deal?

looking for people to connect with on all business levels in my area. (Real estate, renovations, property management,investing) interested in building my own personal real estate portfolio. learn the lingo, know general maintenance i currently work for a real estate company that has 500+ units, i would rather work for my self and own that property but thats not possible, so i am on a mission to eventually have a 500+ unit property of my own. if you would like to be apart of my mission in anyway please comment. i am open to any knowledge Anyone is willing to offer or investments.
