 Beware BP users. It’s a complete scam. 

Definite definite scam. My PM mentioned these folks and after some time we foolishly gave them $600 - $300 for our property she manages and $300 for her own property. It's been over 2 months and nothing from them after plenty of early promises... and of course they're suddenly very difficult to reach.

Just listened to the podcast and then came upon this news. What a solid character.

Great thread. Thanks for documenting everything and sharing on the forums. I'm hoping to buy my 1st property in the Jacksonville area using BRRRR and reading this certainly gave a good insight into how it will go (but unlikely as smooth!!). Nice job making some big calls like adding the extra bathroom and still getting all your money back out.

I have been a member for about a year and didn't realize I've possibly been missing the best part of the website - interacting with the vast community of fellow RE minded people on here. I'm just getting started myself in RE and so don't have much valuable information to share but I plan to change that in the coming months/years.

After sitting on the sidelines and a little paralysis analysis I've finally committed to taking the leap. My goal is to buy 2 SFH's in Jacksonville, Fl using the BRRRR method before the end of 2019 and I'm looking to BP to help build that team. I would really like to hear from anyone who has experience in or works in that market, whether you're interested in working together or have any recommendations of people you have worked with - from finding deals, getting on any wholesale lists to finding contractors and all in between.
