The thing is I can easily borrow with a mortgage, my credit score is excellent, but I want the property to be owned by a LLC so it's easier to resell later on. Also I want to make sure that all expenses are deducted. That's why I'm thinking hard money / commercial loan.

Hi, my name is Alain (or just Al) and I'm working on my first real estate investment in the Sierra Nevada. I live in the Sacramento area.

Right now my goal is to create a LLC that would take on loan for at least $150K. I'm not sure how to get there though as commercial lending and hard money lenders seem to focus on short term loans, while I'm looking for mortgage-like monthly payments.

Here's where I am for now!

I have been using Fundrise for almost a year now, and enjoying a 8-10% ROI distributed quarterly. Actually, the more I read these forums, the more I think Fundrise is so good that I should really invest more there.

I don't have to worry about mortgage-funding-tenants- banks-repairs.... I just put  money there and enjoy the returns.
