Good morning. I may be looking to sell one of my properties soon but was thinking about doing a 1031 exchange. I have never gone through the process. What would be some good questions to ask an exchange professional to help me with my vetting process?

I feel like I'm reaching a mental block in scaling my rental portfolio. I'm currently sitting on 3 doors and out of liquid. How did some of you great investors make this a business with the right systems and processes to automate and scale properly?

Tim, its a weird set up. The kitchen is actually in the basement. There is one room on the main floor and two rooms upstairs.

Nice I just bought a townhouse about 10 minutes from Morgan State with 3 beds 1.5 bath. You think that would be a good fit to rent room to room?
