Hey everyone. I'm not a marketing pro or a realtor but I do know how you can save the above mentioned $5,000 for a camera and get pretty close to the same effect. I work as a Commercial General Contractor as my day job. To communicate what a space looks like to our subcontractors, we use the Ricoh Theta camera. $199 for the basic model. We use the $299 model as it also does videos. This is a huge time saver and everyone loves it. It's a simple point and shoot camera. The way we share the 360 photos is by uploading them to Google Photos. Then just share the link in an email or however else you reach clients. For example. See link below for our initial job walk photos of a basement remodel that we(Residential Revival) are just now finishing up. Click on the icon in the top right of the picture to view in 360 mode. It's not as professionally done or have the same interface but are you getting 5K more on a purchase price to go that route. A few notes:
1. You need a well lit room. The darker the room, the grainier the photo
2. You can buy a stand to mount the camera on and control it from your phone if you want a picture without you in it.
3. I'll take some after photos of this basement and add to this post at a later date so you can see the work we do at Residential Revival.
Let me know what you think.
