Darryl, it's true that Greece is a mess right now, but this presents an opportunity as well. Properties are appraising at 40% of what they used to appraise only a few years ago. Every market is cyclical and it is best when you invest at the low point when everyone is running squared. It's called contrarian investing, or been a contrarian. Warren Buffet is a contrarian.

I don't have all the information yet, but the first loan will be a refinance loan for a beautiful Villas tourist destination in Northern Greece. I am currently waiting for the Business Plan and the information package along with financials etc, but trying to act proactively, as I don't have any International Loan contacts.

As you may have heard, property prices in Greece have been plummeted, so any loans offered in this suppressed economic environment are considered as solid loans, as the real property price is much higher.

If you have a source that can accommodate this type of loans, we can both make money as I can provide a steady stream of deals.
