Collin - This was very inspiring. My husband and I are still very new to REI and always looking for ways to educate ourselves and learn from others. As you, we hope to part ways with Corporate America and the W-2 life. Thank you for sharing!

Hello -

My name is Akilah. My husband and I live in Durham, NC and are extremely interested in real estate investing, specifically multi-family. We have spent countless hours listening to many of the great podcasts episodes on Bigger Pockets and reading through forums/posts. Many questions come to mind but one we are curious about is if we should immediately begin working with an agent or just keep searching for units ourselves.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

We are looking forward to being part of this community and learning from many of you.
