Thank you everyone! I’m going to research ga laws to find out if I’m able to assign contracts. Like @Brandon Turner says, have as many tools in your toolbox as possible when facing a deal. Some homeowners don’t want to traditionally list their properties so I’d like to have the ability to pull out the wholesale tool to “fix” the issue. 

My first wholesale deal closed to yesterday and my very traditional broker is questioning whether it is legal for me to be a realtor and wholesale deal. I live an Georgia and I look for some clarity. Does anyone practice both and want to share how it works?
