Anyone know if this tax Overages program with Rick Dawson and Bob Diamond is for real or legit?  Thinking about adding this to my portfolio just want to make sure i'm not being scammed with this.

I have a home under contract that is listed with a real estate agent. The home owner hasn't told the realtor it's under contract with me. The house is still listed in the MLS as active. Do i need to contact the realtor and let her know i have the house under contract or does it matter?

Thanks Kevin, It's my first possible deal and i just don't want to mess it up.

I have a motivated seller who is working with a real estate agent to sell his home. What is needed to put his property under contract with me. In this situation? Would he have to cancel the agreement with the Realtor?
