Congratulations! I was so excited when I closed my first deal, very happy for you keep that momentum going!

These two beautiful multifamily properties are a great investment. They are 4 units each and each unit is a 1bed 1 bath.

The asking price of 225,000 for each property or 450,000 for both. Willing to negotiate

Only reason for selling is I’m trying to condense my rental properties to Indianapolis because I have many in Indy and it’s hard to keep track of the rentals when they are extremely spaced out.

I do have the inspection reports for both properties so if interested in more information don’t hesitate to reach out! I’d love to send you all the information and connect with you.

Thank you for your time!

I’m new in real estate but I grew up in Indianapolis and it’s been treating me well if you decide to come down I’d love to connect and work with you!

I’ve had friends in college who had bosses who offered to pay their rents instead of giving them paychecks because it worked in their favor somehow for tax reasons!
