@Lenza M.

I have the same experience. I was giving the same reply to go watch a video when I inquired about the financials of a property posted by James Wise.

Am about to purchase my first REI. This is a duplex which was built in 1890. Am not sure if i should be concerned with the year in which the property was built? Will this affect me in anyway when the time comes for me to refinance the property? Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

@Max Versteppen It appears the landlord was managing the property himself and don’t seem to have any rental history.

@James Hamling

So seller has now emailed leases signed by the tenants back in 2018. His excuse was he couldn’t locate them initially. But he’s yet to show proof of rental history. Thanks for the advise.
