Interesting thought. I’m not sure how that would work but I can look into it.

I work with a private lender. My NJ attorney prepares his mortgage and discharge of mortgage docs for a fee. She also coordinates the funding of my deals with him.
As my lawyer isn’t licensed in PA, I’m looking for someone who can do the same for PA deals. He is not seeking to be represented (conflict of interest) and would sign a waiver to that effect.

The same thing is happening to me. The first time showed a list of the benefits of my free account, which I didn’t read. I’m now thinking they are maybe limiting the ability to read articles for free accounts?

Anyone know if there's an easy way to check online if a property in Scranton has been condemned? I thought I had been given a website at one time but I can't find it nor by googling it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi James

I see you’ve posted a few times without response - I too am looking at investing in the areas you mention. Unfortunately I have no knowledge to share yet (longtime North Jersey investor) but I am looking for a NY agent to work with.

PM me if you’re interested.

Thanks.

@Adam Guiffrida, I'm another investor interested in Scranton. I'm from New Jersey and usually buy from online auctions. The price point in Scranton certainly seems positive, but of course I'm not familiar with areas, etc.

Would you recommend Darell as a good resource to begin with?

I’d be interested in attending your meetings. Would that be possible? I’m an investor in the Passaic County area. Thanks.
