You hit it right on the nail, figuring out how to pivot can be challenging but also rewarding as you figure out the steps to get to the next level. @Jay Helms Thank you, I appreciate the good energy! Also, I don't think I'll fall victim to analysis paralysis, I think I'm just acknowledging that I'm aware of it and trying to put forth actions to match all the information I'm taking in. 

Wassup Bigger Pockets Fam! My name is AJ Barber and I'm excited to be apart of this community. I'm from Cali but I currently reside in Phoenix, AZ. I put Tempe and Scottsdale because as an entrepreneur I'm wherever I need to be. I currently run an Airbnb business in Tempe but I would say I'm still new to real estate investing. 

I started this business in March of this year under my property management company, Blue Moon Management. I was on FIRE until the 'Rona came and overstayed it's welcome! lol. Anyways, I currently have (1) apartment unit under my business' control but the plan was to scale to as many units as possible, build an in-house cleaning crew and just see where the journey would take me. I'm still learning about finances and am still interested in other real estate investing opportunities. I have learned a lot even with just managing one unit but I'm not sure if the Airbnb/rental arbitrage method is my niche. 

I love everything about real estate so I make it a point listen to podcasts, read books, watch interviews, attend real estate events, etc but I don't want to get stuck in analysis paralysis so I'm hoping to provide value to the Bigger Pockets Fam and also gain some hands-on experience.
