I am trying to figure out that how will the actual draw for a distribution be made? Would it be mage through a W-2 paycheck as bonuses, or a separate check/bank withdrawal, or paid at the end of year etc... Also I want to know is the distribution subject to income tax and that to the to the business or personal level. Please can someone give me an answer relevant to an example of a profit made through a flipped property, that has a short term capital gain tax event and the s Corp owner wants to draw from that profit, and also would the profit be double taxed as capital gains and income tax?

How can I account for a reimbursement for a non employee who is a subcontractor, can he be reimbursed in the first place? And is that reimbursement tax exempt for the subcontractor and tax deductible for the owner.

Hi I am new to flipping and bookkeeping both so please bear with me, if I am not wrong I will be putting the cost of a wire transfer fee into cost of goods sold for a specific property, or would they go into my business expenses? for situation like wiring money to a contractor or  wiring an attorney funds for purchase of a property. Bonus question, 🤭Also what account would tools go into? Does anyone have a breakdown of the chart of accounts or a QuickBooks guide specific to flipping?

Hey everyone, I live near Buford, GA and I am new to real estate investing and also a just got my real estate license. Was looking for some advice on which areas are doing good for a live in flip kind of investment preferably in the NE Atlanta area like Gwinnett, barrow Forsyth, and north Fulton. Also if you guys can share any special strategies to find such deals, the way I am currently researching is I look up in the MLS filter the fixer uppers and then I analyse them in the Bigger Pockets Flip Calculator. I have heard some great ways on the podcast. But I want to know what practical ways people preferably use around this area. Thanks

Hi I have just started my career in real estate investment and also just got my real estate license. I currently live in the NE Atlanta region, and have an equity of 300k, and am more interested in fix and flip to get to a point where I can invest in holds later. Should I invest by refinancing  my house or buy foreclosure homes cash by selling my house? Should I sell my home and buy a multifamily and re finance my equity from there ?Also should I wait for the so claimed crash that is coming up? Any suggestions? Thanks.
