@Account Closed You are probably right its just I live in California and Its really expensive. And I noticed most people that do wholesale do it across the country.

Hi guys! Im new to Real Estate & Wholesaling and I was wondering if anybody has tried Virtual Wholesailing? How did you start? What was your biggest challenge?  What would be your best tip to give me? And did you catch the solar eclipse today? 

Hello Everyone, My name is Aisha Prince Im 23 years old I just got recently engaged to the love of my life and we have one child. After serving in the national guard we grew and interest in wholesaling  and owning properties. This is something we are very serious about doing and I have already learned so much already  from reading all the forums and listening to podcasts.
