@Mayank Saxena I own 2 Townhomes in Charles Town, Wv. Not bad at all, they cash flow pretty well. Would like to buy here in Leesburg VA, but just way too pricey.

Just purchased Umbrella Policy from State Farm for 3 rental properties. Cost is $550 for 2 million coverage.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie to BP! Great read and very informative. And so inspiring as well! I am also a real estate investor (part time) and full time healthcare worker. I own 3 rental properties in VA and WV. I managed 1 and the other 2, are managed by PM. My goal is to eventually own 10 rentals (hopefully). Wish me luck!
