Hi guys,

I recently stumbled across the idea of Tax leans and Tax Deed auctions. Also saw a workshop from Ted Thomas. My questions are:

- What are you thoughts on the auctions?

-Have you ever work or hear of Ted Thomas?

- Is his material realy worth 2k?

** i value knowledge but his workshop was mostly about selling his courses so need some feed back first***

My mother has a friend who went tru divorce 2 months after buyingbher first house. They lived there untill January that they decided let the house get foreclosed. I just find out and since my credit is not tha good my light bulb whent on. March will be the 3rd month without paying the mortgage (fixable i think) i have around 10 thousand and paying to get the mortgage up to date will be around 5000. My idea is get the deed pass to me keep making payments and rent that house. And if it goes weel then repeat.

I guess that my real question is... you guys that have more experience than me in this... What do you think of this?

I will no be paying them nothing just the back money they own the bank and i will take over the mortgage payments.

Hi guys Im very knew at this so will need some guidance...

My hubby and I live on his childhood house with our 3 babies ( my husband says is his because he is the one that pays for everything always and his parents dont live there...> i know!!!! the dumbest s... < i always explain that we are just paying rent to his dad since the mortgage is under his nane... and when he dies my hubby will have to share the property with his 7siblings.

He been talking about selling it and move somewhere else and my question will be...

Is it a bad idea to buy it myself with hard money, flip it and rent it and move somewhere else and when i refinance get some of that equity and some money that by then i may have save and buy me a multi-family.

Thanks for you help guys... Can't wait to see the responses.
