hey bp family! I'm a new investor I've been saving for my first house hack. I have enough for a down payment with a FHA loan. the problem is the lender I was speaking with said I was unable to get the FHA loan because my income was too low two years ago.but I make enough now any suggestions?

hey guys my name is Aiman Bennroua, Ive been educating myself in real estate investing and am very passionate about it. ive been lucky enough to find such a great website such as this one. i bought and read a few books about financing and real estate, me and my wife are currently saving up as well as educating ourself, our goal is to buy our first property to house hack by the end of 2020. If anyone could help us in finding other REI in this area to network with or anywhere i could find any real estate meet ups would be highly appreciated.
