Hello Aiden, I currently house hack in Lakeland. We have a 3 bed / 2 bath. My wife and I stay in the master bedroom, and the two roommates each have their own rooms and shared bathroom. It has worked perfectly, but make sure to do your due diligence before letting people live in your house. Make rules, do background checks, etc.
