Something I did thats not a guarantee but its looking pretty good so far. I created a website for my business, super easy, sign up for github or use visual studio code, ask Chat GPT to create all the HTML script and you just submit it into the coder, soon enough the website will come together, but i then created facebook ads with the website and put on it "WE BUY HOUSES AS-IS" and 3 days later I now have two leads that are motivated, like i said not a guarantee with the sellers but at least your getting somewhere and this option is pretty affordable i paid $11 for the domain, and then like $140 per ad campaign

Hello, Can anyone recommend a good PPL software that doesnt cost more than $1k/month and is similar to Ispeedtolead or leadzolo?

@Shawn Ackerman Thanks for the warm welcome. I work closely with a cash buyer in the Rochester ny area. He also used to be a wholesaler so when i find deals he will lock them up for me and send the contract hes been using for years to his attorney, and then he'll still pay me out for my work. I would really like to get to know how to do the attorney process in new york. But i do write my own contracts in detroit because its a title state and not the attorney state. So far i like title states way more. What is it like in the Milwaukee market?

Hey Ryan, I was looking in Detroit but im really not to sure because a lot of the area isnt great, but i have looked at Rochester NY and some parts of Ohio. I would probably do SFR.

Hello Everyone, My name is Aidan i own Jones Prop Management LLC. I dont manage any properties i do wholesaling and am looking for my first rental, not sure why i chose that LLC name but oh well. What im hoping to gain from this group is knowledge i cant find anywhere else, i hope to meet people that i can help and people that can help me, I hope i can form good friendships on here, and i hope to find my first rental. I am also looking for in person meetups in the Detroit, Ann Arbor, and East Lansing or Lansing areas. I also work in the Rochester, NY area providing deals for cash buyers.
