I would like to know too. The prices on the west side have gotten crazy. I bought a short sale house or 90k last summer, now the houses around it are selling for 145k.

Just wondering if anyone is successfully buying and renting house on the east side. In Las Vegas it's a less desirable area but right now, inventory is tight on the west side.
