Thank you @Larry Fried and @Justin Fraser as well! Larry, I'm halfway through the UBG right now and so far it's a GREAT TOOL! I am looking to jump right in!  I'm definitely a novice investor so I'm trying to avoid both ends of the pendulum.  I actually already have a realtor and am scheduled to do some walk-thrus on Friday.  I am a little worried that I may be moving TOO fast, however, and am binging on reading material to try and get as much info as possible before Friday's appointments.

Justin, Thanks for that heads up!  That sounds like a perfect scenario for me!  I will definitely check the NJREIA out.  Thats awesome that you have property in the city.  I'd love to chat with you about your experiences thus far!

My name is Ahmed Clark.
