I got this property (lot) in Atlanta 1164 mayland cir, i got it contracted way to high at $105,000 and i am trying to renegotiate the price and try to go lower, are there any tips or if someone can comp this for me.

Hello my name is Ahmad I recently got into wholesaling I have been binge watching every single youtube video on wholesaling there is and reading every forum out there just to learn wholesaling and what its really about. I have become obsessed with this and really set my mind to it I know that wholesaling is only the beginning of my real estate adventures and hopefully my road to success.
