Does anybody know if Florida is an attorney state or can a title company be used to close a wholesale deal?

I've used several title companies but the best so far has been Albatross Title Services out of St. Petersburg, FL. I do deals all over Florida with them and haven't had a problem as of yet.

What's going on everyone. I need you guys right now. I'm looking for a title company in Homestead, FL and Miami, FL area that are investor friendly and have worked with assignment contracts! Do you guys know of any like this?
