thanks Villa!

I went driving through neighborhoods yesterday areound phoenix and found a couple houses. Out of the 4 houses i found 3 of them had realtor signs in front of them. My question is it possible to acquire these properties through a realtor and wholesale them?

Sup BP, i just moved out here to arizona and my question is where do you begin first in wholesaling? i found that from the average salary, single and married couples could afford houses around 140k - 249k, which would be a 3/2 house. Now that i know this where do i find these houses?

i want to start wholesaling because i need to build capital. Do you have any experience with this strategy? Jessica Brovitch here on BP suggested AZREIA meetings is a good place to check out. I believe i will check it out when i get to arizona at the end of the month.

Thanks a lot ryan! My wife and I are really excited to move to arizona we've already been there twice to visit and loved it. The people seem more humble there and it seems there is more to do and see in arizona, not like vegas where all there really seems to do is visit the strip. I must say that my wife and i are pretty burnt out on the strip plus she works at city center everyday and sees the strip eeevvveerrryyyddayyy.

Hey BP I am in the process of leaving Las Vegas and moving to Avondale, AZ because my wife got a new job for University of Phoenix. I'm looking forward to the move and would love to meet up and network with investors around my area whom i could learn the game of real estate investing. thanks

Jason
