So I called and canceled the 3 day workshop we paid for and the guy on the other end kept asking me why I wanted to cancel and it seemed every reason I gave him as to why I was canceling he had another reason why I shouldn't.

Basically he told me yes they do have additonal Advanced Classes that cost any where from $5,000.00 to $40,000.00 but we don't have to sign up for them and we are not obligated to sign up for them. We still get our $500,000.00 funding for wholesaling each. He then said if the cost was an issue he would refund me back 1/2 of my money. So I would basically only pay $998.50 for the class and $998.50 would be refunded.

Would you suggest I go with my original plan and just cancel? I have no clue how I would get funding if I canceled? And I have to decide right now my 3 day window to get a refund is today and I don't have time to research all the material regarding getting funding without having to use any of my money.

Please Help....Thank you in advance.

So tell me is it possible to become a successful REI if you have no money and a credit score that leaves much to be desired?

Hi my husband and I just signed up for the 3 day course with The Flipping Formula. The one sponsored by the A & E TV show. I've read that some other members have attended and I would like some feedback from them. Was it all a scam? Did you the 500k to start purchasing houses? They said no out of pocket, but from what I've seen they want you to fork over more money to get advanced training? My husband and I are looking for ways to make our lives better and we do live pay check to pay check. I had to borrow the money for the seminar from my boss. Should we get our money back before it's to late?? I hope I can get some answers fast before it's to late. Thank you for your input
