Hey there,

My name is Agraj, and I am looking to buy my first investment property out of state. Currently I am looking at San Antonio, TX. I have no idea about the city, never been there. But I saw on a YouTUbe video that it is a very up and coming area. Anyone out here currently investing in San Antonio, or know the area, or can share if it is in-fact a future Austin in the making?
