Thank you all for the encouragement, it is a change from what most people say when I tell them what I want to do, For that reason I am even more determined. I am in the process of learning all of the great things that BP has to offer ( Beginners guide and What to do first ) . I think I messed up though because I already set up keywords and I am getting so many responses that I cant get to the Beginners Guide. I am going to take those off for now. Where can I find a template that I can fill in and send to my investors that will be professional and give them all the info about the property that they need to make a decision?

I have most of my team in place including an investor with big pockets that has made it clear he is ready to go. I just have to get my prospective deal pipeline going and start a buyers list. Where should I start?
