Hi, I'm a 25 year old new to the investment game. I recently acquired my first investment property(a 3 bedroom condo) and I’m in the process of finding a tenant. With that being said, what are some things I can currently be doing to better set myself up to acquire my second investment property, preferably a multi-family unit, before the end of this year. Can anyone shes some light on how to acquire multiple investment properties. What do banks tend to look at to give you that second loan

Would it make more sense to Airbnb a condo in a booming neighborhood in Chicago or rent it out?

I just bough my first condo in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. It's a newly built 3 bedroom, two bathroom condo that I'd like to rent out for about $2500 a month (slightly above market). I'm still in the process of closing. Any tips on how I can find a good tenant fast. I'm scared the price might be a big turnoff for prospective tenants. Should I use Craigslist/domu/apts.com or is using a leasing agent far more beneficial in a situation like this?

I'm in Chicago and I'm looking to buy my first investment property. I'm trying to decide between a 3 bedroom condo in Hyde Park recently built and ready to be rented OR a grey-stone duplex in the south-shore neighborhood with two units that needs a little bit of gutting and rehab. Would any seasoned investors be able to offer any advice regarding which of the two investments to choose? How to base my decision making

@Tom Ott I'd love to tap into those markets. I'm looking for an agent such as yourself to work alongside with me on my search

Hi, I'm looking to purchase investment property in North Collinwood, Ohio. I'm from Chicago and i'm not familiar with Ohio. Is there anyone who is from Ohio or knows people in Ohio whom can tell me a little bit about this area. My goal is just to figure out if this will be a profitable investment
