Hello member of BP

I’m a international investor working in Atlanta right now I'm wondering if there is a mentor that could work with me on my first flip. As I know you are a successful busy person besides the profit ( part of it) I can offer my time and some work for free. I believe in win win.

I have a good experience on staging or help to stage properties for you for free if you like. I also have some free time that I could help you doing some paperwork helping you save your time to do something else. I really love to work and I’m ready to do so. I think I have everything that need it to start

I have some money to pay cash.

I have passion

I have courage and I'm crazy to buy a property.

Any help would be appreciated :)

@John Van Uytven

I loved the tips :) Thanks.

My plan its not a bullet proof but it has a date, I cant risk more then one year. If still very expensive to buy American Dollars as is today I will invest in my country because there,  a have a good amount of money. I apologize for my english, as you know is really hard to express myself and understand some terms that google doesn't translate.

I want buy a cheap house and stage for sale. I'm studing interior design and I love renovation (I thing that is fliping a house right?)..

Any profit that I make I'll go for the next deal, if I loose I go for just one more.

I'm a newbie in the REI, actually learning from the beginning but as a decide to change my life and como to stay a while in America, I need start investing soon and make money. However: I'm not a US citizen. Because of that I have no credit score and probably to invest here I must pay cash. If so, I have some money to invest but lot of things will need to be changed in my planning.

Since I need to invest soon, all information about taxes and advantages for international Investors will be very welcome.  Any advice where I should research about it?

I hope you close a good deal today! Thank you in advance.

Hello @ Yanny.

I'm newbie into REI, actually I'm studing yet but what I can tell you is: listen to your heart.

If you feel you are not ready, so dont do it. Don't take a step bigger than you can.

Wait for the perfect deal for you.

Have fun!

It’s true. I agree with JD Martin. I don’t know anything about this market. I could make a big mistake and finish something even started, but, I don’t like to pay rent and confess to be afraid to assume high numbers right now.

With knowledge I will do better deals.

I'really sorry about my bad english when I said: the money I pretend to use instead of the money I intend to use.

Hello everyone.

I'm a divorced Brazilian mom that loves to work. Especially if that includes money and design, I get really excited.

On January 12th, me and my son will be moving to US for stay a while with my sister and, invest in real estate. I don’t know about laws and taxes for a foreign investor but, besides that I feel totally ready to begin.

The money I pretend to use is from one of my three properties that are for sale here in Sao Paulo-Brazil. I have other apartment rented and a hotel room in construction.

I need to learn all about this market and I don’t have a lot of money but, I would like to be active as soon as possible.

So, that is my question?

Should I rent a house to live with my son when I get there or, should I buy my first deal?
