Hello I'm from Columbia SC. What should I know about wholesaling homes that's in flood zones. There was a storm here a few years ago and this one neighborhood is right by a river and it flooded bad. Nicest homes but alot of homes were destroyed and some are just lots. Should I even attempt or what strategy would be most effective?

Hello bp family. I found a few homes in a hot market in SC but they are abandoned properties. What are ways of finding out the property owners information so I can get further information and purchase these properties? Thanks BP family Adrian.

Hey bp family looking for insights on how the flipping process is in Columbia SC. Analyzed afew deals that could be very profitable but dont know how to tell if the market is for sellers or buyers. What are the flippers in my area investing in, SF wise? Need more insight from my bp family.
