@John Underwood

Yes I spoke with the land lord. They. Said I can keep the lease or find someone to take it over. the penalty for breaking the lease is a re-letting fee of 85% of the highest month rent ($118.75). As well as markets price for the rent for 4 months. (1391.75 x4)

I have a 13 month lease. That I cannot finish as I am moving back to Canada to be with my family.

I am thinking of getting it subleased or maybe putting it on Airbnb and have someone manage it for some extra income.

The apartment is in Houston Texas in the medical industry. what’s my best bet in this situation?

Options -

1) Do I find someone to take over the remainder of the lease term and sell all my furniture.

2) Put the apartment on Airbnb , keep it furnished and have someone manage it for added income.

Help please !!!

Does any one have any resources of Airbnb property managers who can manage , list , and host my property for me while I am out the country

I have a 1 bedroom apartment in the medical centre near NRG stadium Houston Texas. I am looking to sublease the property or put it on Airbnb.

I will not be in the country while the property is in use. What is my best option. Sublease or Airbnb. Property manager or manag my self?

Please any advice helps?
