Hi I’m new real estate and I brought my first rental property. A year ago but I’m having real trouble balancing I have in this property with my W-2 job. between my job which I do sometimes 40 hours or more and rehab the home sometimes after work I go straight to the house rehab the property or I do it on my day off or I do both the same week. But I get extremely exhausted a lot of days. and it’s frustrating because if it wasn’t for my job, I will have finish we have in this whole house months ago but they are Some days I have to take a break even though I really don’t want to my body cannot take it. I just want to know is there anyone in the same boat as I am and if you guys have a do you deal with it?

Have heard Big corporate housing investments because of the pandemic and the economy they are buying single homes. As a newbie should I be worry about these reports in the future when I plan to buy more houses?

Hey I need your help I just brought my very first property last week. It’s a small family home with 3 Bedrooms and 1 bathrooms it’s 800 SF with a HUGE basement and I don’t have to do too much rehab I just need to replace some room doors, clean and paint the whole house but after all of that I don’t know what to do next. Should I Airbnb it I assume I will get the most profit or knowing that I’m brand new in investing should I rent out the property and experience dealing with tenants, lease and things such as that. I’m literally brand new on being an investor so I’m asking my BiggerPockets family what should I do as a rookie. I’m brand new into this what should be my next move?
