When I cold call someone and ask if they are interesting In selling and they say no, but I know that they’re house has been vacant for awhile or the motivation is going to come because of money problems , how do I go about getting a follow up?? Bc I feel like it’s not right just saying ok thank you for your time and hanging up. What’s good way to handle it
@Ned Carey I can’t seem to find it , would u be able to post link if not to much of hassle
I’m going to start cold calling lists and was wondering if anyone can share good script w me that they or their VA use. Or what are some key questions that you should ask when talking to motivated seller
What questions should I ask other wholesalers/ investors to get to know my area? And know my market and how it works
