Good afternoon All,

Happy New Year! I wanted to touch base regarding expired listings. I'm looking for examples you are using in your mailing campaigns and what tactics have worked best for you. I'm looking to target expires, distressed, absentee owners but I want to see what content you are including in your letters.

Hey BP Community, I am closing in on my first year as an agent. There is still a lot of questions that I’m sure answer with experience, but there is one I have to ask. All of us have a sphere of influence, and although this isn’t enough to generate enough business, what are you guys doing to generate more business? Thanks in advance!
