Hey all, does anyone have any recommendations for a good roofer in the Greeley area? I need to replace the roof on my house. It's a 1700sqft ranch. So far I've received one quote for $11.5k. Seems high.

Thanks everyone. I got an estimate on the insurance. Only $1400! Much better then what the current owner said he is paying. Not sure where the current owner is getting 3200 a yr for insurance. Yikes.

Thank you all for your responses. I have been in contact with Southwest Real Estate, Turnkey Properties and Josh from JRigCo. Just seeing if anyone had any personal experience with any of them.

@Nevada Amack and @Nathan G. the current owner of the property I am looking at purchasing says his Property Insurance costs $3200 a year. This sounds really high to me and eats up a ton of the cash flow. In your experience is this pretty close to what you guys would expect? I am in the process of getting my own quote.

Also, speaking with my family who lives in Green River they said that I would have a hard time finding any contractors to rehab the units because all of them are tied up in new construction. Would you guys agree?
