Why you want to invest in other areas if Toledo is working with you? Looks like toledo its really affordable to invest there.

Thanks guys !!!! I'm really thinking out of state multifamily home , but don't know where, I'll do more research about it,  even though I am thinking seriously moving out of California, I love the weather but it is not realistic stay here in a long term.

Well, I don't know much about it , but I been trying to get to buy something and im always scared about it, and also I live in California,  its almost impossible to invest there , and my goals more than anything it's to build a good portfolio of properties I don't want to be rich I just want to have a extra income coming every month. Thanks in advance
