I have 2 houses in Texas with both of them being currently rented, 2 years away from my separation from the military. So basically I was wondering if I should create an LLC in order to protect my assets? Or what strategy would y'all recommend?

I recently closed on my second home, which means my first home will be on the renters market here within a couple weeks. I ended up paying 2k cash to close instead of 30 like I was going to initially end up doing. So I'd like to get a third property to rent while living in my second house, the problem is that my VA loan cap is pretty capped. So with the extra money how would some of y'all get ur third property with 2 VA loans already in ur pocket. I'm in the San Antonio area! Thanks!

Good afternoon, brand new to the BP websites and was wondering if anyone had some insight. The SA market is so inflated I’m becoming discouraged on purchasing my second home, 30k over asking and I’m not getting any bites. I have thought about possibly purchasing a small fleet of vehicles to rent on Turo to create passive income…or should I just wait out the market!? Any feedback is appreciated
