Hey everyone! — I’m conducting a short survey for my PhD thesis on Real Estate Investors and PropTech (property technology), and I’d love your input!

I’m a small-scale investor myself and currently completing a PhD in Real Estate & Property Management. My research explores how real estate investors are using (or not using) tools like Stessa, RentRedi, TenantCloud, etc., and how that impacts things like cash flow, efficiency, and tenant management.

Who can take part?

If you’re a real estate investor in the U.S. — whether you’ve adopted PropTech tools or still manage things manually — I’d really appreciate your insights.
