Hi all. Has anybody had any experience in assigning a preforeclosure /short sale??? I always hear from people who say it can't be done but I've read that some people have done it but don't share HOW they did it. If you've ever assigned one... please share with us how you did it... especially if you're in California cuz I know preforeclosure rules vary by state. Thanks!!! :D

I have a private money deal that's collateralized by a 21,000-acre piece of land in Mexico that's free and clear. Despite the collateral though, I'm having a hard time finding an investor who'll invest. One person I talked to said I'll have a hard time looking because not a lot of people want to invest there.

Does anybody know of any investors that actually invest in Mexico???

Also... Robert Kiyosaki's books are all good

I'd take out the tithe first and give it back to God. Then I'll leave the rest in my company's account to show as reserves to borrow money to buy some manufactured home communities and some apartment complexes that'll give me positive cash flow each month and just keep building wealth that way without having to use my own money.

Most importantly, I'll make sure that I have an excellent tax strategist/financial planner on my team to make sure that I don't lose as much in taxes.

Once I'm generating enough cash flow each month from my holdings, I'll travel the world with my family then settle back down when the kids start going to school. All the while acquiring more and more properties and building wealth.

Hi everyone. :) I'm so glad I found this site. I'm a member of one of the local REIAs in San Diego and have been looking for a new forum to learn more stuff as well as share what I know. This is by far the most extensive one I've seen. The topics are all very interesting!!
