I am 16 year old in HS. I m a senior and on December I will be 17. I m planing to join army and save every penny that I can since I am young I basically have no expenses also the army will cover most of my expenses and I am really good at saving money. I think army will make me stronger and get me ready for any setback in life.

After they let me go I m planing to use the money that I save in 4 years to put in real estate

to flip a house or buy a multi family to rent it out.

My goal is to be a real estate investor and i do not know if this is a good way to get in to it

If there something I need to know plz let me know I am open to all answers

@Chris Szepessy

My goal is to become a investor but I do not have money to invest so that’s why I am thinking to become a agent so I can save some money to invest. I am working at Pizza Hut but barely making any money

I m a 16 year old a senior in high school and I do not know what should be my next steps. I can not afford to go to college I do not really have any support. I am thinking to get my real estate license when I turn 18 and work as a real estate agent.

If you can go back in time let’s say as a 16 year old what would you do differently and what should I do or can do?
