I want to know objectively how effective Bob Diamond's Overages Program is? Has it worked for anyone and are the finder fees really 35 to 40% of the overage?

The other program I have been exploring is Jerry Norton's Note Flipper. This is about $1000 and unfortunately most online reviews are overwhelmingly negative as deals that students found were not readily approved. Has anyone here tried any of these? Are you able to shed some light on the good, bad and the ugly? The 90 day risk free guarantee does compel one to buy but I heard customer service is so poor it is hard to even reach anybody.

Very new to this arena and looking for the right people to learn from.

Hi, I am really new at real estate investing and have been checking out some multifamily units. The best prices seem to be on Foreclosure and Pre foreclosure properties. Can the pros please comment on what are the pitfalls to watch for and the procedure to buy these if I already have a primary residence. CA real estate prices seem to be through the roof.
