Hi Matt! I work for a great Property Management company called Milestone Premier Properties and thought I'd toss our hat in the right ;) We have grown organically based on word of mouth over the past several years. Here's my dilemma:

Live 4-5 hours from SFH LTR. Want to provide self-guided tours but not lock into a internet provider contract.

Verizon/T-Mobile hotspots are not available in the area.

Ideas?

I've seen several discussions over "do I provide tenant internet or not?" in the rental space.

My question - if you are connecting peripherals (smart lock/cameras/etc.) to Wi-Fi, don't you pretty much have to extend that access to guests?

If not, what do you do?
