So I am going to be putting in 20k to start up the plan is to use the BRrrr method. My question is say magically we find a good cash flow house, all the work is done, refinance. How do I go about getting the money back out. Like just paying back myself the 20k from the original 20k that I loaned myself. Without just like paying myself as a w-2 employee. And then getting taxed on my original 20k loan.

Hello I am just starting out, starting company with my wife and long time friend. Me and wife are bringing money and planing to do a lot of restoration. My friend is going to be helping with restoration, property management, etc.... just wondering if the SLLC would be a good option to start our company with for buy and hold rentals. Or if there is a better option out there?

So very interested if I should just pay off my house, rent it out, pay that off then continue process over and over. Big advocate of Dave Ramsey for the most part with the getting rid of all debt. Would this be a good strategy or stupid?

@Brandon Sturgill ok, so what would be a better cash starting point obviously a million would be nice but we do decent salary wise and can save quickly, lol don’t want to start off in a bad part of town.
