Looking for a great Real Estate CPA. Started in June of this year and just started my LLC and obtained a EIN yesterday. So I'm a little behind on this. With tax season approaching I'm looking for someone who can help with write offs and also future REI in the future. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone used CIX to find a deal?

If so, I’d love to hear about your experience.

My friends and I have started a REI partnership and want flip a couple houses to start out.

I currently have a C Corp in my name, what the best way to structure this Corp for tax purposes?

Thanks for the feedback, I was able to talk to zoning and they told me it was R2 so only able to add on an additional unit. I appreciate your help!

I’m looking to purchase a single family home and turn it into a multi family units; what challenges might I run into when looking to rezone?
