I’m looking to dive in!

I moved back in with parents. So grateful they are not charging me rent.

I’ve never done real estate investing and like wholesale concept.

Im in San Diego and am looking to network work with or work under someone to get started.

I’ve got full time effort to apply.

What do you recommend I start with/ focus on?
