Hello - I own an apartment building and currently have 4 washers and 4 dryers that are leased to Coinmach. I would like to buy 4 washers and 4 dryers where I would own and the machines would only take credit/debit cards and/or a card based system. Does anyone have any great recommendations? Thank you!

Can you share the best strategies for what kind of properties to flip? Are foreclosures the best strategy - if so, can you share where to find a list of the foreclosures?
